Account Manager (San Luis Obispo)

Position Overview:

You will be responsible for ongoing client interaction to keep projects moving forward smoothly. Among other things, one of the primary responsibilities is assuring that the client knows where in the process their website project is at all times and what is coming up next for them. You will organize all correspondence and materials received from them and also assure that work needing to be done gets prioritized and scheduled. Regular communication is key here, as is the organization of ideas and requests from a wide variety of individuals, translating them into clear and actionable tasks.

We're looking for someone who can handle juggling many things at once and who works well in a team environment to produce amazing results.

  • At least a basic knowledge of the web development process (but not necessarily the technical details)
  • A passion for constantly learning and improving your skills

Salary and Benefits:

Starting salary of between $15-$19/hour DOE (Full-time, non-exempt).
