As soon as you sign up for the Managed Website Plan, we'll assign you a dedicated account manager who will reach out and answer any questions you have and then will begin guiding you through these steps:
You'll get on a call with your account manager and one of our graphic designers to discuss to goals for your website. We'll make sure we have a solid idea of what you want the website to achieve and what direction you want to take it.
Initial Website Development
We'll take the initial website development through 3 phases to get your website live:
- Design - the visual aesthetic of the website
- Production - the layout of pages and content
- Programming - the special functionality of the website
Each phase will have review points where you can provide us with feedback and we can make adjustments to ensure that you're happy with it.
Our server team will ensure that your website is transitioned seamlessly and our analyst team will begin to measure and collect data about how users are interacting with the website.
Recommendations and Improvements
Each month you'll receive a report from your dedicated account manager outlining how the website is doing and what recommendations we have based on the measurements we've been collecting. These recommendations could be in the area of search engine optimization, content marketing, ppc management, conversion rate optimization, split testing, etc… It all depends on your website's unique situation and where we feel we can have the most impact on your website's goals. We'll then review the report with you and begin working on the recommendations to continually improve and evolve the website.
Part of the managed plan is that we offer unlimited website updates and support. You have a special e-mail address you can use to request website updates, additions, and modifications. Your dedicated account manager will ensure that those updates are prioritized and scheduled properly for our team of experts to tackle for you.
