LIFTOFF Digital has a proven method of building great websites. Here's an outline of what you can expect during the process:
You'll meet with your assigned Account Manager abd Lead Designer. In the meeting we'll discuss goals and objectives of the website, design, content needs, and anything else you might have questions about.
Phase 1: Design
The design team then performs industry and competitor research. We brainstorm, sketch, and work through ideas to put together the initial design concept for the website.
Your Account Manager and Lead Designer will present the initial design concept and explain the rationale behind it for why it will be successful. We discuss the concept and gather feedback on aspects that you think work well and aspects that need adjustment.
The design team makes updates to the concept during revision "rounds" until the design is approved.
Phase 2: Production
The production team then takes the approved concept and builds out the website pages into a staging site and makes sure that everything is responsive for mobile devices.
Your Project Manager will take you through the staging site page-by-page to review the flow of the website and how the pages are structured. You'll provide feedback on the website so far and deliver the final content to be used.
Phase 3: Programming
We integrate the content management system into the website, lay out the content for each page, and implement any special functionality needed.
Our project manager will take you through the final site to get feedback on any changes needed. We'll also do a training session on how to use the CMS, and we'll plan the details of the site launch.
After the site is launched, we'll check in periodically to see how things are going. For our managed website clients, we'll provide traffic analysis and recommendations, website monitoring and QA, reporting, and more every month to make sure that the website is continually performing well.
